It is packed with proteins and suited for those who also like to eat lactose free and light. This chocolate mousse recipe has only two ingredients and super easy to make.
I grew up with Flan. Flan is a soft pudding like dessert, with a little of caramel taste and custard feel. I was thrilled to have found this recipe from Maria Emmerich, that is high protein but also lactose and dairy free. When I tried it it brought me right back to my childhood, and I realised how much I was missing this dessert!
