Caring:
-keep in an airtight sealed container or bag at room temperature for about 10 days
-the cookies are well kept for much longer in the refrigerator, specially during warmer days
-they can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. The cookies will not harden completely, actually they are perfectly chewable directly from the freezer too!
