MISHU SHIPS ONCE PER WEEK ON WEDNESDAY
Please note that MISHU currently ships only once per week on Wednesday. Each week orders until Monday 18.00 will be dispatched the next Wednesday, orders after that will be shipped next week.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. MISHU currently only ships once a week, on Wednesdays, due to the fact that all products are fresh and made-to-order. All orders will be sent within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond MISHU's control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. When your order is delayed, we will inform you via e-mail. We strive to keep this website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.
Although MISHU will process all orders with the greatest care and attention, the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 working days of receipt of payment and customers receive a track&trace code from our shipping partner. MISHU cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the freshly baked products if the client is not at home at the time frame indicated or other circumstances that prevent the shipping partner to deliver the order. In case the indicated time and/or date is not to the clients availability, the client him/herself is responsible to arrange an alternative date and/or time with the shipping partner. The client is fully responsible to fill in the correct address, zipcode and other contact information, as this will be automatically filled out by the Shopify and the shipping partner on the shipping labels.
Our shipping conditions are shown at the checkout and the shipping costs will be automatically added in the checkout.
We ship to addresses throughout The Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping elsewhere in Europe, please get in contact with us for custom shipping.
Delivery times vary by country. Orders shipped to a Dutch address should arrive within one or two days of despatch. Most European addresses arrive within 2 days of despatch, but can take up to 10 days.
When we ship your order, you will receive track and trace information by e-mail. Information available in the tracking process once it reaches your country will vary depending on the (local) carrier.
